While those are all important, they are tools to be used by the team. The team itself starts and ends with teamwork. It is their foundational competitive advantage, or the reason they fail. This text helps understand the dynamics of good teamwork and building good teams.
This is a supremely great text on building software products that users love. Hands down, one of my favorite texts. Helping to understand what goes into creating great technology products. Also though, how to build and organize teams that are effective in creating the technology products that users love.
This is a hugely practical text to on helping yourself to make the changes you want to make. The process and way in which habits are formed is broken down in a way to help understand how to change habits and to grow new and more powerful habits.
I am a big believer in prioritization of work. Agile prioritization practices are critical to delivery of the right things and providing value for your organization. This is a great book about prioritizing items for yourself. So that you know what to care about. This translates to personal life as well as the work life. Helping to get priorities in order and set yourself up for success.
This is one of my favorite reads. Specifically about management processes and the misconceptions within that can cause tremendous problems to teams and individuals. Set the record straight and learn more effective management processes. All to enable your team.
An invaluable text for organizations working in Lean and Agile. Helping to understand what goes into building real value. The text takes a hard look at what business value is in software and product development. Making it clear that a more thorough understanding of business value will change how you deliver software and products.
This text is all about the personal behaviors that add up to our identify and what makes us into us. Understanding of these pieces of ourselves is absolutely necessary in order to bring about positive and lasting changes. This is a great text for helping to identify and work on the habits that we want to improve upon.
